Peaches & Roses
rue Lepic, 75018 Paris

It's the subtly shaded colour harmonies of this light-flooded apartment with double exposure (East-West) that has given it its evocative name : Peaches and Roses

Flowing silky fabrics from abricot to pink line the bedroom windows, raspberry coloured cushions invite for a rest and the warm, inspiring personality of the owner, a writer and journalist, fill the place with creative energy.

The huge atelier windows which cover the East front of the apartment give on secret gardens, offer a glimpse on otherwise very private terraces, on a confidential Montmartre where magic and poetry prevail.

Every full hour the Eiffel Tower greets you through the window with a sparkle adding to the enchantment of the flat.

You may happen to meet a famous actor or one of the greatest contemporary poets here, share the counter of your preferred bistro with a highly-rated painter or simply with a local inhabitant of Montmartre where freedom, tolerance and generosity are as natural to people as fantasy, exuberance and playfulness.

From the kitchen you have a view over the West of Paris and can watch a flaming orange, rose, and violet sunset while having a gourmet dinner prepared from one of the many books on French gastronomy.

The double, open-space living room features a big table which has a history of animated conversations among friends, tasty dinners, bursts of laughter and 'joie de vivre'.

Your stay in this apartment will add a lovely note to its history; We trust you will like it as much as we do.
