Check-in & Check-out
We are at your service from 2:00pm to 7:00pm to handle your check-in. If you arrive before 2:00pm you are welcome to leave your luggage at the reception. We invite you to take a walk, have lunch in a "café" and explore the neighborhood. We will be waiting for you as of 2:00pm to complete your check-in.
One week before your arrival we will send you an e-mail to confirm your arrival time. It is very important for us to have your flight number and arrival time so we can coordinate your check-in.
Important! Late check-in (after 7:00pm)
Please remember that you are booking an apartment, not a hotel room. We try to be as accommodating as possible. However, in case you arrive between 7pm and 9pm there will be a 30 euros late check-in fee, if you arrive after between 9pm and 11pm the check-in fee will be 50 euros. and if you arrive after 11pm the check-in fee will be 100 euros
A late check-in is done directly at your apartment not at the Reception. Once you confirm the arrival time for the late check-in, we will send you the address and directions to the apartment as well as the name and cell phone of your Local Host. A local host is the person that will be waiting for you at the apartment to assist you with the check-in.
Note: The late check-in fee should be paid in cash. If needed, we can provide you a receipt for the amount.
Our check-out is latest at 10:00am, (our cleaners arrive at 10:30am). After you have checked-out you are welcome to leave your luggage at the reception if needed.
The security deposit will be blocked on your credit card. It means we don't charge it unless needed. It will be unblocked within 2 weeks (at the most) after your departure, minus any reserves for damage.
Please remember the apartment will be thoroughly clean when you arrive and should be left in an acceptable state when you leave. Our cleaners do a standard cleaning, which doesn't include washing dishes or handling unreasonably dirty apartments (stained cushions, hotplates with burnt in food, messed up bookshelves etc).
Frankly, we have almost never had to retain anyone's deposit and we have never had a dispute.
